What we can do for you

Nesos Group delivers enterprise-grade IoT connectivity and network infrastructure, supported by a secure data platform and certified IoT devices, enabling organisations to monitor property, assets, and environments in real time.

Operating across the Channel Islands and beyond, we support property management companies, housing associations, government bodies, and infrastructure operators that require reliable, standards-based IoT deployments they can own, control, and scale.

At the center of our technology stack is NesosIQ, our proprietary IoT platform. NesosIQ securely collects, normalises, and visualises sensor data across your property portfolio, providing centralised visibility of conditions, trends, and risk indicators, with the ability to integrate data into your internal systems via dashboards or APIs.

Rather than managing alerts or operational responses on your behalf, we provide the connectivity, devices, and data infrastructure that empowers your organisation to act proactively. This approach enables earlier risk detection, operational transparency, and robust environmental monitoring, while ensuring you retain full control over alerts, workflows, and decision-making.

Certified Radon Monitoring, Built for Scale

The radonIQ is a LoRaWAN enabled radon monitoring device developed by Nesos Group and deployed worldwide for continuous, remote measurement across complex property portfolios.

As a fully IoT-enabled system, it delivers real-time radon data via LoRaWAN networks without reliance on WiFi or fixed infrastructure, making it ideal for monitoring basements, plant rooms, and enclosed environments.

Built for commercial deployment, the radonIQ is LoRaWAN Certified and compatible with all IoT dashboards and platforms, enabling seamless integration, scalable monitoring, and actionable environmental insight across multiple sites.

What Is LoRaWAN?

LoRaWAN (Long Range Wide Area Network) is a Low Power, Wide Area Network (LPWAN) wireless communication protocol designed specifically for the Internet of Things (IoT). It enables battery-powered devices to transmit small amounts of data over long distances using minimal energy, making it ideal for large-scale sensor deployments across buildings and estates.

LoRaWAN operates without reliance on WiFi or cellular connectivity, making it particularly suitable for basements, plant rooms, remote locations, and multi-building campuses.

Key characteristics of LoRaWAN include:

  • Low power consumption – devices can operate for years on a single battery

  • Wide-area coverage – capable of linking devices across large or complex estates

  • Flexible deployment models – public, private, or hybrid networks tailored to operational needs

  • Secure, bidirectional communication – supporting applications from environmental monitoring to compliance tracking

LoRaWAN networks use gateways to relay data between sensors and a central network server, enabling organizations to scale IoT deployments efficiently while maintaining security and reliability.
